| 8 Chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless | salt and pepper | 
| 2-3 tablespoons shortening or oil | 1 Cup heavy cream (whipping cream) | 
| 1/2 Cup parsley,chopped (I use Italian parsley) | 3 larges garlic cloves, crushed | 
| 2/3 Cups walnuts, chopped | 1 Cup Gouda or Swiss cheese, grated | 
| 1. | Preheat oven to 380 degrees and spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. | 
| 2. | Tenderize chicken slightly with flat mallet and seoson with salt and pepper. | 
| 3. | Heat oil in large skillet and brown chicken lightly on both sides. | 
| 4. | Transfer chicken breasts into baking dish. | 
| 5. | Mix the rest of ingredients in a bowl and pour evenly over chicken. | 
| 6. | Place in preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. | 
| 7. | Serve with a mixed salad and Baguette. |
