| 16 ounces Cream style corn (1 can) | 2 Eggs |
| 3 tablespoons Oil | 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt |
| 1/4 Cup Corn Meal | 4 ounces Green Chile (add more if desired) |
| 1 1/2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese |
| 1. | Blend corn, beaten eggs, garlic salt and corn meal. |
| 2. | Mix in green chile and 1/2 cup of the cheese. |
| 3. | Pour 1/2 of the mixture in a greased caserole dish. |
| 4. | Sprinke half of the remaining cheese on top. |
| 5. | Repeat with the remaining ingredients. |
| 6. | Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. |
