| 1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce (26 oz) | 1/2 pound ground sausage and / or hamburger |
| 3 Cups Cottage cheese | 2 Eggs |
| 2 tablespoons Dried parsley | 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese |
| 12 ounces Mozzarella cheese | Lasagna noodles |
| 1. | Brown meat and then add sauce |
| 2. | Combine cottage cheese, eggs, dried parsley and parmesan cheese in a separate bowl |
| 3. | Grease a 9 x 13 pan |
| 4. | Spread a little of the meat sauce on the bottom of the pan and layer the uncooked noodles on the meat |
| 5. | Top the noodles with half of the cottage cheese mixture and place half of the meat sauce on top of that |
| 6. | Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on the meat sauce |
| 7. | Repeat steps 4 - 6 |
| 8. | Cook at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes |
