Catfish | Tamarind Soup Base Mix Oil (corn, vegetable, or olive) |
1. | Crush the garlic. |
2. | Slice the celery, okra, and tomato into desired size. |
3. | Slice the catfish into desired size (you can buy catfish in chunks). |
4. | Add a few teaspoons of oil into the pot. |
5. | Stir fry the crushed garlic until the garlic is golden. |
6. | Add sliced catfish and tomato into the pot and stir fry for a few minutes. (Do not overcook.) |
7. | Add desired amount of water, salt, and pinapple chunks into pot and heat until it boils. |
8. | Add tamarind soup base mix to get the desired taste. |
9. | During boiling, add bean sprout, okra, and celery to pot and mix until everything is evenly distributed. |
10. | Turn off the flame and it is ready to eat! |
