| 8 ounces Spinach, drained | 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup |
| 1/2 large onion | 8 ounces cheese |
| 8-16 oz s Green chile | 1 lb Sour Cream |
| 8 tortillas |
| 1. | Grate cheese and chop onion, roll in tortillas |
| 2. | place burritos in caserole dish |
| 3. | mix all other ingredients, use green chile to taste |
| 4. | pour mixture over burritos |
| 5. | bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min. |
